Engine was rebuilt by Mitsubishi under warranty by the previous owner.
Cons: the heater adjust knob is stuck on cold. The parts to fix it are in the mail. In light of which, the previous owner removed the a/c belt. I have a new one in hand. I haven't found time to replace it as it hasn't bothered me at all and robs from the engine.
