Recently imported from South America, is this rare 1982 Nissan Patrol LG61 beauty.
This Patrol was acquired from a well to do business man who occasionally drove it on weekends to his finca (Ranch) and was never used commercially.

Power to this Patrol is provided by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 145 horsepower. Black finished front bumper, front and rear tow hooks, dual side mirrors, three windshield wipers, side steps, trailer wiring harness, rear-mounted spare tire, Nissan-branded mud flaps, rear barn doors and rear step.

For cabin ventilation, it has dual windshield pop up vents and floor kick vents, folding windshield, removable hard top and doors. No heater, Colombia does not get cold enough to require one, but if you must have heating, there are aftermarket heating units that can be installed.

As far as build quality, these are extremely well built trucks. Chassis is fully boxed with lots of cross members and the rear axle is geared at 4.10. Top speed in fourth gear is about 60 miles per hour, maybe 65-70 going downhill and with a strong tail wind. Patrols were not built for speed, they were built to climb any mountain and cross any type of terrain. These Patrols are beasts on the Colombian country side and most are used to transport people and goods.

This Patrol is definitely a head turner and gets lots of thumbs up driving down the street. People are always asking questions in gas stations and parking lots because they have never seen one. Even Land Cruiser and Jeep guys come and ask questions. I also had a fellow from Australia pull me over just to see the patrol and take pictures because it reminded him of the one he had in his younger days. This Patrol is a blast to drive and you can definitely feel the power.

This vehicle does not have smog equipment therefore you will not be able to register this vehicle in California due to the state’s strict smog laws.

This vehicle is available for viewing in Los Angeles, California and will be sold with a clear title. I can assist with shipping anywhere in the United States.
