Owner says
Selling a project my wife and I will probably never get around to. This is a unique beefy 4wd rig. Has what looks like a divorced np 205 transfer case. Twin stick unit that’s just built tough, it’s more like a 1 1/2 ton truck not a 3/4. At some time the in-line 6 was pulled and a red ram dodge 260? Poly engine in. Motor is stuck (it might come back, previous owner said he drive it into the spot it was parked at) we were going to do a 12 valve Cummins swap so motor didn’t matter. I’m not sure if it was an ambulance, telephone truck or old civil defense vehicle. It definitely was turned into a hunting rig camper of sorts, they put an ac unit it in and even had a pot belly stove. Bucked seats look like they’re from a 1966 GTO or a Chevelle. It’s been in AZ since the mid 70’s but I believe it was in Ohio before as there’s a few rust spots here and there. They didn’t make many of these, especially not in 4x4, how many are left, 2? No one in the international community has seen one. I found a promotional flyer from 1956 with one in it but that’s it. Title is in my wife’s name and ready to transfer. Located in Tucson AZ. Can possibly help with delivery.
