Hello, Up for sale is our extremely clean and well maintained 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec AWD. Clean title, clean CarFax. One owner. No accidents or fender-benders. No mechanical or cosmetic issues, like-new. We've owned this car since brand new, now has 21k over our ownership and we've maintained it as best as we could. Have all maintenance records including oil and differential fluid changes. Full warranty good for 50K or 4 years, 70K on powertrain. Tires still great, no open recalls. A-Spec package also comes with the A-Spec rubber floor matts, sport wheels, Alcantara seats, sport steering wheel, black trim, etc. Has premium studio audio system, not base. Expel Prime XR Ceramic Window Tint on windshield (clear) and front windows (20%). Doesn't allow heat to pass through the windows. I Paid close to 70K for the car about a year ago, now selling for only $ 49,950. Reason for selling is because we upgraded to a 2023 Acura MDX.
