1966 Land Rover Series IIA
4WD for Sale, 1966 Land Rover Series IIA
1966 Land Rover Series IIA 109 Station wagon 5 door. This truck has a super clean chassis. The chassis has been swapped from another Series IIa from the same model and year in the past (VIN number clearly stamped in proper chassis location). No rust anywhere on the chassis/bulkhead with all mechanicals in working order including the rare and original turning signal mechanism. Recently changed both rear half shafts as one of them snapped (kept good half shaft as a spare). The pair of half shafts were ordered from British Pacific here in Sun Valley. The transmission, clutch, transfer case, overdrive, and engine all purr like a kitten and do go 65mph in L.A. traffic. All high and low gears work perfectly along with the four-wheel drive transfer case and its hubs all engage properly as they should. The carburetors were recently serviced and it starts right up on the first push of the start button. Will include all paperwork from the previous owner as well as the owner's manual.
